I’m Merritt. This is what I look like. I live near Houston, Texas. I really like music and poetry (read my My Favorites list that is after this paragraph). This is one of my favorite poems. Some of my favorite bands are MGMT, Animal Collective, Tame Impala, Gorillaz, Daft Punk, Justice, POND, Allbrook/Avery, The Beatles, Panda Bear, Crystal Castles, The Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, Led Zeppelin, Glitter Penis, Passion Pit, Vampire Weekend, Wavves, The White Stripes, Arctic Monkeys, The Rolling Stones, Wolf In A Spacesuit, Mink Mussel Creek, Neon Indian, of Montreal… and a lot more. MGMT means so much to me. Their music helped me through a rough time and continues to make me a better person. I really don’t know what I would have done without them.
